Request Portal FAQ

Questions answered before you submit.

The request process is private, selective, and non-binding. These answers explain the boundary between submission, review, proposal, and agreed work.

Do I need to know which service I need?

No. Describe the problem, task, or desired result. The request can be assessed without requiring you to identify the technical service first.

Is submitting a request free?

Yes. Submission is free, but it is not a consultation and does not guarantee acceptance, contact, or a quotation.

Will my request be published?

No. Requests are reviewed privately and are not displayed publicly or offered through an open marketplace.

What happens after submission?

The request is reviewed for clarity, feasibility, timing, cost, responsibility, and suitability for remote digital delivery. Suitable requests may receive focused questions or a written proposal.

Can every request be accepted?

No. Requests may be accepted or declined based on clarity, feasibility, lawful scope, timing, cost, responsibility, and suitability for remote delivery.

Can I upload files?

No file upload is available in the initial form. You may add helpful public links. Files may be requested later when appropriate.

Does submitting a request start the work?

No. Submission does not create a contract or start any work. Work begins only after a written proposal and applicable terms are accepted.

Is the review a free consultation?

No. The initial review only assesses whether the request may be suitable. It does not include advisory work or a guaranteed response.

What information should I avoid submitting?

Do not submit passwords, sensitive credentials, private access links, highly sensitive personal data, or information you do not have the right to share.
